Spice Extracts Powder

Dry spice extracts are usually obtained by applying the concentrated spice oils to suitable carriers such as salt, sugar or similar.
In this process, the primal extracts are diluted, mixed well as a powder with other components and added to the process. The distribution is uniform and the dosage and storage are simple.
The advantage of using extracts is the very good standardizability compared to the natural product and the microbiological status. Wherever the microbiological load from raw spices is critical, the use of extracts can be profitable. Another advantage is, that the flavor components are separated from the vegetable components. If spice particles are undesirable in the end product, extracts can be used without any problems.
