LAY buys the most important spices and herbs directly in the origin and maintains long-standing relationships with the traders and growers in the origin. Decisive for the purchasing decision are reliability and the top quality of the raw materials.
Through on-site audits, we ensure that the processes are adhered to as described. Where possible, we purchase the raw material unground and clean and grind the raw material on our own equipment. This enables us to guarantee a high degree of purity and to exclude adulteration in the origin as far as possible.
