Flavors & Extracts

Flavors and extracts are a concentrate of the respective raw materials. In the case of spice extracts, flavoring components such as oils and aromatic compounds are obtained by extraction. Natural flavors or spice extracts are created. Other flavors are obtained by the reaction of different substances with each other. In this case, we speak of aromas.
Flavors and extracts can be used to support and standardize certain flavors.
